Refund policy

All items are custom printed and/or created by hand. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the full delivery of your items. If you order more than one item, some items will be shipped separately so you can get them as soon as possible.

Cancellations - Cancellations are only permitted within 24 hours of your order. Orders for our products cannot be canceled, modified or refunded after the 24 hours have passed because they have been sent to production and are custom printed and sewn in accordance with your order.


Returns for exchanges/credit - Exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Please use the Contact Us form and let us know what you would like to exchange. All exchanged items must be never worn or used (they can be tried on). Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer and we may need to charge you a $5 restocking fee (if the order is over $200 you can expect free exchanges). Please refer to the sizing chart, but we are happy to exchange for the correct size. No exchange/returns on final sale items. 


Returns for defects - If there is a manufacturing defect with your item, please contact us FIRST! Do not return any merchandise to the manufacturer or to us without first contacting our customer service department through Contact Us form. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order. We may ask for a photo or two!

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
